A 26 year old woman from Barrie has been killed in a crash in Melancthon.
Wednesday June 13th, just after 11 pm, two vehicles collided head on, on Dufferin County Road 124 at 30th Sideroad.
Dufferin County OPP say the woman driving in one of the vehicles died, her passenger, also a woman, was taken to hospital in Collingwood, then transported to Toronto with life threatening injuries.
No names have been released pending notification of next of kin.
The collision is still under investigation and 124 was closed in that area for the night but has since reopened.
