The last week has been a busy one for police officers handing out tickets in the latest blitz.
Southern Georgian Bay OPP say officers have spent 56 hours since Monday on the distracted driving campaign, stopping 640 vehicles in Simcoe County and Muskoka.
Eight drivers have been charged with distracted driving and four have been accused of impaired, and a further six drivers were caught with suspended licences.
