A group of community volunteers has come together to carry forward the legacy of Canada Day in Orillia.
Officially forming a new non-profit organization, Celebrate Orillia Inc. the groups is already planning Canada Day 2026 at Couchiching Beach Park.
More than 20,000 attendees take part each year, with the event growing into one of the region’s largest free celebrations, generating significant economic activity for local businesses and the downtown waterfront.
