OPP’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement is looking for the public’s help in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada wide warrant. Thomas Andrew Hackett has breached his statutory release conditions.
He is described as a white male, 50 years old, 5’7″ and 170 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes and several tattoos – including
‘HACKETT’ -upper back
‘TOM’ -left upper arm

‘JESS’ -right upper arm
‘THE GOOD DIE YOUNG’ -right forearm

Hackett is known to frequent the Beeton, Alliston and Barrie areas.
