The historic Oro African Church will be open for tours today, as part of Black History Month.
The event is sponsored by Oro-Medone Township in partnership with the Simcoe County Museum.
The doors will be open from 11-3.
Author and historian Janie Cooper-Wilson will be on hand to share stories of the church’s history.
The church is at Oro-Medonte Line 3 and County Road 11.
