A 76-year-old Tiny Township man is dead following a single vehicle collision in Midland.
OPP responded shortly after 7 am today after a construction worker discovered a vehicle that had left Fuller Avenue and crashed down the embankment towards Bayport Boulevard.
It came to rest on the edge of the construction site.
The driver was extracted from his vehicle by Midland Fire Service and County of Simcoe Paramedics attended to triage the driver.
Sadly, the lone occupant of the vehicle, 76-year-old Neil Barry McQuade was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation continues.
