An annual day of giving that normally takes place in December is making an early appearance to help those struggling through the COVID-19 pandemic.
Today is Giving Tuesday.
The grassroots movement encourages people to support their favourite causes and charities to help support the local community.
Tune in on Facebook at noon and 7pm – 9pm EDT for the first-ever #GivingTuesdayNow #livestream, where you can hear about do-gooders all around the world about how they’ve been bringing their communities together in this time of need.
The event will also return on Dec. 1.
