The Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario has announced a new series of rotating strikes taking place next week.
It will affect the Simcoe County District School Board on Monday (January 27), but only elementary schools, not high schools, whose teachers were on strike yesterday.
Due to the ongoing provincial labour disruption, the School Board says it will not be possible to produce elementary report cards at this time.
The board says parents and guardians can always contact their child's teacher if they have questions about academic achievement and well-being.
Tomorrow (Thursday), the elementary teachers will be going on strike in the Bluewater School District, which includes schools in Meaford and Thornbury.
