The Elementary Teachers Union will be holding rotating strikes every day this week, affecting different school boards each day.
Here's a closer look at which boards are affected and when:
Monday: Toronto, York Region and Ottawa.
Tuesday: Superior Greenstone, Renfrew, Grand Erie, and Trillium Lakelands in Muskoka.
Wednesday: Rainy River District School Board, Thames Valley District School Board and Rainbow District School Board.
Thursday: Avon-Maitland, Halton, Niagara and Lakehead school boards
Friday: Bluewater and Ontario North East school boards
Meanwhile, all Secondary School Teachers in 9 school boards, including Toronto, Simcoe County, Muskoka and Grand Erie will also be on strike today (Tuesday), alongside all English Catholic Teachers across the province (both elementary and secondary) including the Simcoe-Muskoka Catholic School Board.
All Grade 7 and 8 students at Elmvale District High School and Stayner Collegiate Institute will still report to school for classes as usual.
