A 21-year-old man in Clearview Township is facing charges, after being tracked down by the OPP K-9 unit.
Police say last Saturday, they located an unplated vehicle on the eastbound shoulder of County Road 91, with a man sleeping in the backseat.
When officers approached the vehicle, they say the man took off on foot into a field and determined he was wanted on numerous warrants.
The k-9 unit was called in and located the man hiding in another vehicle about 1 km away.
Officers had to smash the windows of the vehicle in order to take the man into custody.
He is facing charges of possessing property obtained by crime, possessing cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and failing to comply wtih probation.
