South Simcoe Police are appealing for witnesses and dash cam video after a tow truck driver was injured in a hit and run.
Police say the accident happened around 1 o'clock Tuesday afternoon on Innisfil Beach Road eastbound at the Highway 400 ramp, where a tow truck driver had just finished loading a broken down yellow school bus onto a flatbed trailer when he was struck from behind while standing beside his truck.
The 34-year-old King Township man was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
