Linda Oleary has another court date today in connection with a fatal boat crash on Lake Joseph in Muskoka this summer.
A 64-year-old man from Florida died at the scene, while a 48-year-old woman from Uxbridge died in hospital a few days later.
The wife of Shark Tank star Kevin O’Leary is charged with careless operation of a vessel, and faces a $10,000 fine, while a New York man has also been charged in the crash.
They are also both being sued for wrongful death by the family one of the victims.
