The victim of a fatal crash in Essa Township has been identified as 65-year-old Douglas Morrow of Barrie.
He was driving a dump truck that collided with a pick-up truck on Tuesday afternoon on County Rd. 21 near the 9th line and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.
