Skiers and snowboarders rejoice!
Thanks to the early winter weather, two ski resorts will open this week.
Horseshoe Resort will mark its earliest opening ever at 9 a.m Wednesday, two days earlier than last year, while Mount St. Louis Moonstone will also open early for the season on Friday, which beats last year’s record by a week.
Snow Valley is aiming to open in a couple of weeks, while the hills at Blue Mountain have never opened earlier than November 25.
