Police have identified two pedestrians who were struck and killed in Angus.
They say 30-year-old Savannah Simon and her 34-year-old boyfriend Jo Williams from Barrie were hit by an SUV on Mill Street shortly before 6 p.m. Saturday.
The mother of three was pronounced dead at the scene, while Williams succumbed to his injuries in hospital.
No charges have been laid and police are asking any witnesses to contact them.
They say the driver of the SUV is cooperating with the investigation.
