The OPP is appealing for witnesses, after a video was posted online, showing a portion of Highway 409 being shut down near Pearson Airport for a car stunt.
In the video, a car can be seen performing donuts in the middle of the highway, while blocking multiple lanes of traffic.
However, it’s not known exactly when the video was filmed.
OPP Sergeant Kerry Schmidt shared the video on Twitter, calling it dangerous and disappointing, not to mention illegal.
