York Regional Police say Abdullahi Adan, one of four suspects in the abduction of 22-year-old Chinese student Wanzhen Lu, has turned himself in.
Police issued a Canada wide arrest warrant yesterday.
The 37 year old is facing charges of forcible confinement, assault, assault with a weapon and kidnapping.
Lu was allegedly snatched from the underground parking garage of his Markham condo last month.
He was located in Gravenhurst 3 days later.
