OPP have charged a youth in a break, enter and theft in Tay Township.
Police say it happened during the dark hours of March 16-17th at a Maple Street home in Victoria Harbour.
A 16-year-old male has been charged with break and enter, trespassing at night and property obtained by crime under $5,000.
The youth has been released on a recognizance and will appear in Midland for a future court date.
He can’t be named due to the youth criminal justice act.
