In a ground breaking case, an Innisfil man is going to jail for 13 months in the overdose death of another man.
23 year old Shawn Kelly of Innisfil was found dead by his family in their home in 2017.
A toxicology report revealed Kelly had four drugs in his system including heroin and fentanyl.
25 year old Ryan Walker was charged with manslaughter but pleaded guilty in December to criminal negligence causing death and trafficking.
A second person charged in the case is still before the courts.
