Some good news from OPP.
They are reporting decreases in fatalities on roads, waterways and trails they patrolled in 2018 compared to the previous year.
OPP say there were 296 fatal road collisions last year in which 333 people lost their lives.
That compares to 304 fatal crashes in 2017.
In off-road incidents 19 people died in 2018 compared to 22 the year before.
On the water, 24 people were killed in 2018 compared to 31 in 2017.
And 13 people lost their lives in snowmobile incidents during the 2017/18 season compared to 27 in 2016/17.
