The occupants of a cottage in Utterson managed to escape a fire Tuesday evening.T
The Muskoka Lakes Fire Department was dispatched to a fully involved structure fire at 1031 Sutton Rd. just before 7 p.m.
The occupants of the cottage were home at the time, noticed smoke, evacuated and called 911.
The investigation into the cause and origin is ongoing.
There were no injuries.
