A man who was found shot in Oro-Medonte has died of his injuries.
Police were called to a 10th Line North home last Wednesday where they found 34 year old Lee William Lackey suffering from a gunshot wound.
He has since died at a Toronto hospital.
69 year old Peter Vanderveen of Oro-Medonte has had charges upgraded to first degree murder
