A driver who allegedly smashed up vehicles in a mall parking lot has a Midland court date in early February.
Police say it happened January 24th at a retail mall in Penetanguishene. The suspect fled, but police caught up to him. The 27 year old Sudbury resident was charged with impaired driving, Over 80 and driving with no license.
Police say he drove into several vehicles in the lot.
He was arrested after OPP boxed his vehicle in on Main Street in Penetanguishene.
