The bitter cold is causing mechanical issues with the waste collection fleet in Simcoe County.
As well, the chill in the air is slowing pick up as staff require frequent breaks to warm-up.
The County says if collection is unable to be completed, you will be able to double up on the next scheduled collection day (Jan 28).
