With brutally cold temperatures forecasted for this weekend, the Town of Innisfil has a number of warming centres open to the public.
Those in extreme need can pick up items to stay warm, including toques, gloves, hats and warming blankets at the following locations: the Innisfil Recreational Complex, the Innisfil Town Hall, the Innisfil Idea Lab & Library Lakeshore, Cookstown, Churchhill and Stroud Branches.
The Town would also like to express its gratitude to the Innisfil Professional Firefighters Association for its donation of $500 for the purchase of the warming supplies.
