A 21 year old Severn Township man is up on nine charges after police say he drove into a collision scene at high speed.
OPP say the driver ignored closed road signs on Highway 12 in Ramara Township on New Year's Eve.
Among the charges he is facing, driving with no licence, dangerous driving, driving without insurance, operation of an unsafe vehicle, driving on a closed highway, and four Highway Traffic Act offences.
