OPP say a suspicious package found at the Walmart on Highway 12 in Midland was not an explosive item.
Staff and employees were evacuated around 1:30 p.m. yesterday(WED).
Fire and paramedics also assisted police while the OPP Explosive Disposal Unit made sure were there was no threat to public safety.
The investigation is continuing.
