Barrie Police Service want to identify a suspect who stole almost $300 worth of video games from the Bayfield Street Walmart.
On Saturday around 1pm, the suspect was caught on surveillance video taking several video games off the shelf and placing them in his jacket pockets.
He then made his way to a different area of the store, where he placed the games into a plastic Walmart bag. He then proceeded to attempt to exit the store, making no attempt to pay for any of the items. After being stopped by the store’s Loss Prevention Officer, the suspect returned the games and left the store.
The suspect is described as:
Male, white
25 to 35 years old
Approximately 5’10” tall
Wearing a grey and blue hooded sweatshirt, a grey baseball cap and blue jeans
Brown moustache and goatee
