Three children were among five people sent to hospital following a head-on crash near Orillia.
It happened shortly after 11 Sunday morning, when a car and pickup truck collided at the intersection of Highway 12 and Fairgrounds Road in Severn Township.
OPP say the female driver of the pickup failed to stop at a stop sign and was charged with careless driving.
The injuries are non-life threatening.
