Police have charged a Midland man following a number of related incidents through Tiny Township and Wasaga Beach on the weekend.
OPP were called about a pick truck driving erratically on Baseline Road South in Tiny Township around 4 o'clock on Saturday afternoon.
The suspect vehicle sped away from the area and was later seen by Huronia West officers in Wasaga Beach.
Police say the truck caused a number of crashes including with an OPP cruiser.
Officers stopped following the truck because of concern for public safety.
The truck ended up in a ditch and the occupants fled on foot.
Police were able to identify the suspects and made the arrest.
A 20 year old man faces a number of charges including driving while impaired, dangerous driving, failing to stop at the scene of a crash and other offences.
A 19 year old female passenger, also from Midland, is charged with possession of stolen property.
