An Innisfil man has been charged after a stolen gun was recovered.
Police say they started an aggressive investigation into reports of a man in possession of a firearm.
A search warrant at a home led to the gun being found.
It had been reported stolen in a break-in in 2015.
The 32 year old suspect has been charged with careless use of a firearm, possession of a stolen weapon and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
