There was a court appearance on Tuesday for a man accused of breaking and entering a Springwater Township mink farm.
A lawyer for Malcolm Klimowicz appeared in a Collingwood courtroom today and the accused tells us another court date has been set for December 4.
Klimowicz says he was arrested on August 31st and charged with break and enter for filming what he calls animal cruelty at a the mink farm.
He says he took the video to the police so they could do something about it, but was charged himself.
Klimowicz says he did go inside the open shed-like buildings to film, but he says he did not damage any property.
When he made his first court appearance on October 9, some of his supporters staged a quiet demonstration against animal cruelty outside the Collingwood courthouse.
