Fire gutted three townhomes and a pick up truck in Barrie.
The blaze erupted this morning at a complex on Coughlin Road, in the area of Emms Drive and Essa Road.
The investigation is in its early stage but it appears the fire started in a garage.
The Fire Marshall is investigating.
