Curtis Douglas & Jordan Frasca both scored twice for Windsor who bounced back from a 6-1 loss the night before at Barrie to score a convincing win at the Harry Lumley-Bayshore Community Centre.
Chris Playfair & Matthew MacDougall also scored for the Spitfires who were backstopped by a steady performance from Michael DiPietro in goal who made 33 saves.
The road victory was the 2nd in 8 starts this year for Windsor and improves their record to 6-8-0 & 1.
Thursday, the Spitfires will be at home to face the Ottawa 67's
Markus Phillips scored the lone goal for the Attack on a power play. Four of the 6 Attack goals on home ice this weekend came from the power play.
The loss drops Owen Sound to 8-6-0 & 1 and, with the Guelph victory over Sault Ste Marie, it allows the Storm to vault over the Attack into 1st place in the Midwest Division.
The Attack will play 3 games in 2 & 1/2 days again next weekend starting Friday night at Oshawa ( 7 pm for Terry's Trailer Service-Kia of Owen Sound Bearadio on 560 CFOS )
