No charges are being laid after a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in Midland.
A 39 year old Midland woman was taken to the hospital for treatment and later released after she was hit at a courtesy cross walk in the intersection of William and Scott Streets on Wednesday afternoon (12:24).
Police completed their investigation and ruled out any charges.
Officers thank members of the public who helped at the crash scene.
