A Midland man is facing charges after trying to play chicken on Highway 12.
Southern Georgian Bay OPP were called to an area near William Street in Midland just after 3 Saturday afternoon.
A man was seen jumping in front of vehicles that were travelling along Highway 12.
Officers found the man in an apparent intoxicated and non-compliant state, and was taken to Georgian Bay General and Marine Hospital for treatment of injuries.
When he was later brought to the detachment, he damaged the cell that he was being held in.
The 36-year-old was released and will be in a Midland court on November 8th.
