An argument between three males ended when two of them were stabbed by the other at a Main Street address in Wasaga Beach.
OPP say the incident happened around 2:30 Tuesday morning.
The victims, aged 21 and 28, were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
A 25 year old Wasaga Beach man was later arrested by South Simcoe Police.
He faces a number of charges including aggravated assault and assault causing bodily harm.
