The province's Special Investigations Unit is looking into the death of a Parry Sound man.
On Saturday morning, an officer was one the way to a call when he was flagged down for a man in medical distress in front of a business at James and Seguin Streets.
The officer started CPR and administered naloxone.
When paramedics arrived, they took over first aid and took the 61 year old man to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The investigation continues.
