Barrie Police are looking for a man who had his dinner plans thwarted by a loss prevention officer.
A man was seen at the Zehrs store on Yonge Street Sunday afternoon taking packs of beer and steak, and walking out of the store without paying for them.
He was stopped by the loss prevention officer but dropped the items and fled on foot towards the area of Yonge and Big Bay Point Road.
The suspect is white, about 6-foot-2, with a tall, thin build, a tattoo on his upper left arm, wearing a black ball cap,a dirty white t-shirt with cutoff sleeves and the words “St. John's” printed across the front, and carrying a blue back pack.
