A six year old boy is at Sick Kids Hospital after tumbling 40 feet from a rock climbing wall at Horseshoe Resort.
Benjamin McDermott of Oro-Medonte Township was at the top of the wall when he fell last Friday.
The Ministry of Labour is investigating.
Until the investigation is wrapped up, Horseshoe Resort says the rock climbing wall is closed.
