Swimming advisories has been posted at two Orillia beaches, Couchiching Beach and Moose Beach.
Tests conducted by the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit revealed the water at the beach has a higher-than-normal bacteria count.
The beaches remains open but there will be no lifeguards on duty.
Those who choose to swim in the water at the two beaches do so at their own risk.
The beach at Portage Bay remains open but the City advises there are no lifeguards on duty there.
