Several homes and businesses in downtown Bracebridge felt the impact of an explosion at a construction site.
OPP, Bracebridge Fire, and Muskoka EMS all rushed to the area of Kimberly Avenue and Quebec Streets Friday afternoon around 4.
Initial reports say the explosion was caused by a blast at the site where work is being done on sewer and roads.
Nearby homes were damaged, no word on injuries.
Staff with the District of Muskoka are also on scene to assess the damage.
