One man is under arrest, another is being sought in connection to a murder investigation in Orillia.
Orillia OPP were called to Tim Horton's on Westmount Drive North south of Coldwater Road early Monday morning.
There was an apparent altercation in the parking lot around 7:30.
A man was found suffering life-threatening injuries and later died at the scene.
On Tuesday, they arrested and charged a 20-year-old man from Orillia with being an accessory after the fact and was held for a bail hearing.
A warrant is out for a 17-year-old from Pickering who is wanted for second degree murder.
Investigators say they got a court order to release his identity and he is considered armed and dangerous.
