A woman has died as a result of a two-vehicle crash near Stayner.
Huronia West OPP have identified the woman as 86-year-old Kathleen MacDonald of Wasaga Beach.
Police, fire, and paramedics went to an area on County Road 10 and Concession 12 in Clearview Township last Wednesday afternoon.
The driver of the vehicle was taken to a Toronto hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries.
An investigation into the cause of the crash is still ongoing.
