For the second time in less than a week, a Midland man is facing charges of theft.
Southern Georgian Bay OPP were called about a break-in at two homes Friday afternoon — one on Russell Street, the other on Manly Street.
A resident was able to help officers identify the suspect and he was arrested at the scene with the stolen goods in hand.
The 29-year-old is facing two counts each of theft and possession of stolen property.
He is also charged with 3 counts of mischief after he allegedly destroyed a toilet inside his cell at the detachment.
He was held for a bail hearing and will have another court appearance at a future date.
The man is also facing charges from an arrest on July 15 where he was accused of stealing items from parked vehicles in Tiny Township.
