Elmvale is getting a dual facility that will house a paramedic station and the long term care and seniors' adult day program centre.
The County of Simcoe says construction at 191 Queen Street West will begin later this year and be completed by mid-2019.
The cost of the facility is $3.9 million.
The dual use centre will serve residents in Wasaga Beach, Springwater, Oro-Medonte, Tay and Tiny.
