Barrie OPP were called to a Shanty Bay residence at 1:40 am this morning, in regards to a domestic incident.
An intoxicated male got into an argument with his spouse and assaulted her resulting in the arrest of the 38 year old male from Iqaluit, Nunavut.
He is charged with two counts of Assault and is currently in custody pending a bail hearing today.
