Kubota Metal Corporation out with a huge grant to Orillia’s Hospital
The Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital (OSMH) Foundation will be gettingĀ a $125,000 donation.
The donation $25,000 per year for the next five years reflects the company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility.
Nicole McCahon, executive director of the OSMH Foundation, is delighted with Kubota’s generous gift to the hospital.She says Annual donations like Kubotas allow the hospital to plan ahead for upcoming expenses and projects.
McCahon adds that the OSMH Foundation is currently working to strengthen its annual Major Gifts program contributions of $5,000 or more from individuals or businesses.
She says corporations like Kubota are realizing that ongoing annual support provides a sustainable base that will help the hospital focus on achieving its vision.
