Today is a special day for seniors in the Orillia area.
Simcoe North MPP Garfield Dunlop is hosting his 11th annual day for Seniors.
Dunlop says this years event runs from 9 until 2 in the afternoon and takes place at ODAS park.
He says the day includes about 40 different exhibits promoting services to seniors, guest speakers, entertainment and exercise.
Dunlop says a complementary lunch also is served and there will be door prizes as well.
He says usually about 400 people attend this annual get to gether.
Last week, Dunlop held a similar event in Midland that attracted more than 300 people.
He says one of the highlights will be a skit that he and his wife and several other people will take part in.
