A lot of students in the Simcoe North Riding are going to be voting in the provincial election even though they are not old enough to legally cast a ballot.
They will be taking part in Student vote, which is a parallel election being held in elementary, middle and secondary schools.
Katie Reidel is with Student vote and says in this riding there are a number of school taking part.
She says about 38 schools are involved in student vote in Simcoe North riding.
Reidel says more than 27 hundred schools in Ontario are taking part in Student vote.
She says says this is a great way for the students to get involved with the election campaign.

The results will be released after the polls close on election day, October 6th.
